Is shipping free?
Worldwide shipping is free on most items. Some items are free for orders over $99.
Why is my order being shipped in separate packages?
If your order contains multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which warehouse has stock the fastest. Alternatively, if a particular item is very popular and out of stock, we may ship it in different packages at different times to avoid delays and get it to you as quickly as possible! When will I receive my order? Orders are shipped directly from our numerous domestic and international warehouses, and they make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our products, some orders may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, but most orders can be expected to arrive within 4 weeks to the United States (varies by item). Due to shipping distance and customs procedures, delivery times to other countries can be expected to be 8 weeks (varies by item). Please note that due to the popularity of our products, these are estimates only.

What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All our orders are shipped and handled insured. We apologize if your order gets stuck in customs, returned, or even lost in transit! We have no control over postal services. However, in this case, since your package is insured, we'll do our best to send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy to learn about shipping situations in which these policies may apply.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are duty-free, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order. Once your order reaches its final destination, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply, as determined by your local customs office. These fees and taxes are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities.
